What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, profoundly intelligent form of energy healing in which universal life force energy is channeled through the practitioner — typically through the hands — to support healing in the body, mind, and spirit.

Rather than drawing on your own personal energy, Reiki works by allowing energy from a greater source to flow through you. This makes it a practice of channeling, not depletion. It functions as a high-frequency, light-based healing energy that clears what isn't yours, strengthens your system, and reconnects you to your innate capacity to heal, align, and come back to yourself.

There is life before Reiki — and life after it.

What Is Holy Fire® Reiki?

When most people think of Reiki, they're thinking of Usui Reiki — the traditional Japanese lineage formalized in the early 1900s and practiced worldwide. Usui Reiki is powerful, sacred, and deeply effective.

Holy Fire® Reiki is something more.

Introduced in 2014 through the International Center for Reiki Training, Holy Fire® is a more advanced, higher-frequency evolution of Reiki energy — one that relatively few practitioners are trained in. It is directly connected to pure Divine Source energy and works at deeper levels of consciousness, producing healing that is both more powerful and more refined than traditional Reiki alone.

This energy works in two ways: it heals, and it reveals — gently clearing what is not aligned so that your authentic self can naturally emerge.

All of Chloe's trainings are infused with Holy Fire® energy from the very beginning, meaning students receive the benefits of this elevated lineage from day one of their Reiki journey.

What Sets Chloe's Trainings Apart?

Clinically Grounded, Psychologically Safe Container
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, Chloe brings a depth of clinical wisdom that is rare in the energy healing space. In addition to her work as a Reiki Master Teacher, she has provided supervision and taught in graduate-level clinical programs at universities — creating a container for learning that is both psychologically safe and spiritually expansive. Deep transformation here is supported, integrated, and ethical.

Authentic Holy Fire® Lineage
Chloe trained directly under Colleen Benelli — a protégé of William Lee Rand, the founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and originator of Holy Fire® Reiki. She is also trained directly by William Lee Rand himself in Karuna Reiki®. This places Chloe's lineage in direct integrity with the source of Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® — preserving its purity, sacred vibration, and highest frequency.

Officially Recognized Certification
All students receive official certification through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) — respected and recognized worldwide.

Embodied, Experiential Learning
This is not conceptual learning. Each training includes guided meditations, live experiential exercises, and real-time energy work — so you leave not only understanding Reiki, but feeling confident using it in your daily life and with others.

Ongoing Community & Support
Upon completion, students are welcomed into Chloe's Clearing Collective — a space for continued connection, integration, and support as you deepen your practice.

No prior experience required.

Over two transformative days, you'll not only learn the techniques — you'll embody the vibration of this healing art and remember the healer within you.

Level I — You'll Learn:

  • Receive your first attunement and awaken your connection to Reiki
  • Learn foundational hand positions and session flow
  • Practice GasshĹŤ meditation to center your mind and align with Reiki energy
  • Learn the Reiki Ideals and how they can guide your practice and daily life
  • Begin practicing as a channel for universal healing and daily self-care

Level II — You'll Learn:

  • Receive your second attunement, activating your ability to channel specific Reiki symbols
  • Learn three sacred Reiki symbols and how and when to use them
  • Practice Byosen scanning to detect areas in need of Reiki
  • Learn Reiji-hĹŤ — determining areas of need through intuitive guidance
  • Practice Kenyoku (dry bathing) to clear stagnant energy and maintain energetic hygiene
  • Explore distance healing across time and space
  • Discuss using Reiki as a practitioner — ethics, boundaries, and integration

You'll Leave With:

  • Confidence to offer Reiki for yourself and others
  • A practical self-care toolkit including the three Reiki symbols
  • A deep sense of connection to an ancient lineage carried forward with integrity
