Grounded In Decades Of Clinical Excellence
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges — with a double minor in French and Studio Art — and a Master of Social Work from Boston College. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, both representing the highest level of clinical licensure available in their respective states.
Her clinical career spans over twelve years and includes work at McLean Hospital — a Harvard-affiliated institution ranked the number one freestanding psychiatric hospital in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. There, Chloe not only provided direct clinical care on inpatient psychiatric units but built the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) from the ground up — developing it from zero into a fully functioning, financially stable program within three years. That program remains her legacy at McLean, continuing to serve the community to this day.
Chloe has provided international consultation on psychiatric diagnoses, supervised licensed clinicians, and taught in graduate-level clinical programs at universities. Her area of clinical expertise includes highly acute populations, including those experiencing psychosis — giving her a rare and precise ability to distinguish between serious psychiatric presentations and what may be something else entirely.
A Lifelong Path Of Energetic Mastery
Alongside her clinical career, Chloe has walked a deep and dedicated path of energetic and spiritual development — one that has unfolded not just in this lifetime, but across many.
Chloe is a Reiki Master Teacher trained in multiple lineages, including Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Reiki Master Teacher— studied under Colleen Benelli, a protégé of William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and originator of Holy Fire® Reiki. She is also trained in Sekhem-Seichim Reiki, Animal Reiki I & II, and completed her Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master certification directly under William Lee Rand himself — placing her lineage in direct integrity with the highest sources of each tradition.
As an energy clearing practitioner, Chloe works with precision and authority to clear what doesn't belong — from individuals, spaces, ancestral lines, and souls in transition. She is a grid keeper, actively participating in the energetic maintenance and healing of the earth's energetic grid. She has been called to sacred sites across the world — including Teotihuacan, Mount Shasta, Sicily, Malta, and the ancient temples of Gozo — performing clearings, soul transitions, and gridwork at some of the most powerful energetic locations on earth.

Chloe is a very old soul — present from the times when the galaxies themselves were being formed. Across countless incarnations, including significant lifetimes in Lemuria and Atlantis, she has gathered the abilities, gifts, and wisdom that have reawakened fully in this lifetime. She carries the Blue Lotus lineage — an ancient lineage of frequency masters and light bearers that traces its roots through Atlantean and ancient Egyptian times.
Her starseed ancestry includes the Pleiades, Lyra, Arcturus, and Sirius. She carries Dragon Essence. And she works with an extraordinary divine team — Divine Mother and Divine Father energy, the angels and archangels, a significant council of ascended masters and guides, and millions of galactic guides whose presence reflects the scale of the mission she came here to fulfill.
Chloe is a frequency master — working with precision in the realm of light, vibration, and energetic transmission. She is a master transmuter, an alchemist of energy who does not simply move darkness but permanently transforms it — transmuting discordant frequencies back to light at their root. When she channels energy from Gaia, the sun, or sacred water sites, those codes flow through her and into the world — through her sessions, her clearings, and her transmission videos.
